My flight lands at 16:00 from USA via Amsterdam. I don’t know how long it takes to go through customs and get out of airport. I want to take a shuttle from airport (17:30?) to Kadikoy ferry where I need to get boat to Buyukada. Can you help me and take me all the way to the ferry? What time should I book shuttle?

Hi, We need to get from the airport to the Hotel Four Season in Sultanahmet. Can the driver drop us off directly in front of the hotel or there is a drop off site? Can we pay by credit card?
For the way back, can we book a transfert from the hotel to the airport with a pick up at 6am? Are you open at this time?

Hi! We are visiting Istanbul with my husband but I am handicap and use a manual wheelchair. I will like to know if you have a car in your company that will be able to fit my wheelchair. I don't need a lift and I am able to walk a few steps so I want to know if you have a car like an SUV.

Thanks. It is great and a relief to know that you have a car good for us. My next question is: I would like to visit the major sites in Istanbul so I want to know if once I am in the city, can I call you to pick me up from the hotel? Or do I need to make a booking in advance? I ask because I don't have an itinerary set yet, I know where I want to go but not the exact times or days, I was thinking to call from the hotel for a cab but if I know I can do it with you, it will give me a peace of mind to know you have a suitable car for me.

- Please book your car in advance. If you have a reservation your car will be ready at the spot on time. If you call us at last minute, I could provide you car only in case of availability.
- We have local guide and rental car services for half day or full day frames for city tours and sigh seeing. However we do not provide transportation service only from hotel to some other destinations in city.
- We mainly focus on airport transfers and city tours.

May is the best month to visit Istanbul! During the day time, you should visit all the great monuments located not only at Sultanahmet area but all over the city. There are also plenty shopping malls and 2 famous covered bazaars for your shopping. Experience a cruise on Bosphorus or take a day trip to Princes Islands. 

For traditional Turkish cuisine, try Matbah Restaurant (Ottoman Palace cuisine) or Sultanahmet Fish House (local sea food) restaurants.
